My name is Roman and InsidersTalk is my personal project. I live in Saint-Petersburg, Russia and I'm actually a programmer.

I made this website because:

• I enjoy learning more about people and what they do. I think it's important we get out of our caves once in a while and explore the world.
• Helping people find their passion was my obsession. I didn't know how, but then I came up with this. Hopefully, seeing passionate people talking about what they do would help many find their way.
• Training my conversational skills is a necessity. Don't be too tough on me for being unprofessional. I'm getting better one step at a time.
• I knew you were gonna tweet about it all over the internet.
